Please read prior to booking!

We put in a great deal of effort to run a professional establishment that does a phenomenal job. We do our very best to accommodate our clients schedules even coming in after ours and on days off at times. (If you don't see a time slot that works for you online booking system in the MindBody app, just text us to ask, we have many artists and may be able to accommodate your needs!) With that said, some of our artists secure daycare and drive in from a distance so we need to be sure the appointments that have scheduled with them will show up. Therefore it has become necessary for us to put the following procedures into place. We thank you in advance for understanding.

* A $100 deposit/booking fee is required to schedule all permanent makeup appointments and full sets of eyelash extensions. This will be applied towards the cost of your service.

*We require 48 hours notice for cancellations & reschedules. If you cancel your appointment without 48 hours notice the deposit/booking fee will be forfeited and will NOT be transferred to a future appointment. For appointments needing to be rescheduled with 48 hours notice your deposit/booking fee will reserve the next appointment for you.

*No show/no call appointments will forfeit the deposit/booking fee and will be required to prepay for future appointments. 

​

*Do not book a permanent makeup appointment if you are pregnant, nursing, have a rash, eczema or other skin rash on the area being treated, are undergoing chemotherapy, are using Accutane or have used it in the past year.

 

*If you have an autoimmune disorders or heart condition please obtain written permission from your doctor to recieve a cosmetic tattoo with topical epinephrine.

*For lip color appointments please obtain a prophylactic course of Acyclover or Valcyclover from your physician prior to the appointment. 

​

*Touchup appointments are done between 8-12 weeks. After 12 weeks the appointment is no longer considered a touchup appointment and will be a 3-5 month appointment (please see pricing schedule). No exceptions.

*No shows and cancellations without 48 hours notice for complementary touchup appointments will forfeit the complementary appointment. A prepaid non refundable $100 touchup fee will then apply to reschedule the touchup appointment.
